Asyfeed Pocket is a compact and highly flexible solution that can handle tedious and low added-value tasks such as palletizing, sorting and assembly of small components.

Its core element is an innovative flexible feeder system Asycube that has been designed for parts between 0.5 and 5mm size. Asyfeeed Pocket is capable of working at high speed and high precision as the feeder is combined with Asyrils compact Delta robot, the PocketDelta. The link between the robot and the feeder is guaranteed by a powerful vision system Asyview. The user can access a variety of parameters via a user-friendly interface displayed on a modern touch screen.

As shown in the image bellow, a turntable has been added as an option. This allows the cell to handle up to 10 medium-sized pallets of 50x50 mm. The cell manages automatically the turntable during the production. Configuration and manual control is integrated into the existing GUI.

The increased autonomy due to this optional turntable is perfectly suited to the needs of nowadays production, reducing operator’s interventions and allowing late production launches or overnight autonomous work.

Several cells equipped with this optional turntable have been successfully delivered and are in production in various sectors, such as the watch industry or medical technology.
