Asyfeed Pocket is a great commercial success. Immediately after its launch in June 2011 the first 5 cells have been successfully delivered and give full satisfaction to our customers.

Asyfeed Pocket has met a great success in the public during and after its first official presentation at the EPHJ trade fair in Lausanne and later at the Motek trade fair in Stuttgart. Customers from domains such as watchmaking, medical technology or semiconductor have been seduced by the high-tech cell that can feed various types of components supplied as bulk good and that can load them into customer-specific supports.
The success of the Asyfeed Pocket is mainly due to its compact size, its user-friendly and intuitive way to be configured via its tactile interface and especially due to its flexibility and reliability.
The heart of the cell composed of a flexible feeding system Asycube Mezzo and of a Delta robot PocketDelta ensures its uniqueness and stands out amongst competing solutions.

Only 6 months after its first public presentation, 5 Asyfeed Pockets have been delivered to the industry. The systems are challenged in daily use while handling small series of components and while exposed to frequent product change-overs. Thanks to their relatively low cycle time, the Asyfeed Pockets are generally used to supply more than one machine in the production line. Reliability and low maintenance are therefore not only an advantage but are a necessity to avoid interruptions of the whole production chain.

Asyfeed Pocket generates a lot of attention in various industrial domains. Due to the modularity of the cell, Asyril can easily adapt the basic cell to a customer-specific application.
Asyril also delivers services related to the handling of small components provided as bulk good, such as feasibility tests, the development of grippers, programming of new applications and of course customer services.
